Lost an ilok license by changing cpu board

Good morning everyone! keep safe and sound at home.

So, recently one of the users that has one of my licenses in use decided to change his entire computer and changed his board and basically all the components he had inside his PC. After changing it, the license of the fortin NTS suite says that, of course, it is not the same PC where the license was activated. When we go to the ilok license manager it says that, in order to release the license to be used by another user (who will be the same person but with a new computer) we must release it from the original PC, and it doesnt exist anymore.

How can we retrieve this license please? Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
