Hi everyone, is it common when using the patches under Preset,
changing from A to B for example, to have latency? is there other ways to make it seamless when changing patches?

Yes, this is normal on most modellers. Use Scenes instead.

Yes, it is common to have a gap when switching in Preset mode. Each time you switch, the QC is loading the grid with the contents of the Preset you’re switching to. Other modellers do the same kind of thing.
Scene mode is your best bet for seamless switching, since all of the blocks remain loaded on the grid. Not sure what your use case is, but if you can be happy with loading everything you want into a single preset, Scene mode takes care of the rest.
