Is it still safe to pull power cable from QC to turn it off?

NDSP support does not answer!

Wish I could help more but nothing else I can do to escalate the issue. I figured the more users email support, the more they can bring attention to the question. Otherwise, it’s unfortunate but out of my hands. I tried!

I heard you and liked your comment. No attack on you! I think it’s unacceptable of the NDSP support though and more people should know about how they are treating customers.

they’ve answered every inquiry I’ve sent in the past 4 yrs. Many other users will tell you the same, in fact they seem more responsive and quicker than any company I’ve dealt with before.

I’m sorry your experience has been bad, but it does not seem to be the norm. Is there any remote possibility that their communications are just not getting thru to you? (server issues/blocks, spam filters, etc?)

I’ve sent in my email to support to see what happens.

Reading through many comments it looks like they sometimes do and sometimes don’t respond. I know two people IRL who sold/returned their QC after encountering problems with it and not getting any help from NDSP support either. So I don’t know how common it is, but it can’t be that rare either.

I used two different mail addresses and providers. So I am positive it’s not a problem on my end.

Looking forward on what you will share. But I am not sure I will be sticking around for much longer.

I can understand the sentiment, and definitely don’t mean to downplay or disparage your experience. My bandmates and I have had nothing but good experiences with our 3 units (including a few problems that were addressed/remedied) but I realize that’s not everyone’s experience. I’m nobody special, just hanging around here to try to help where I can. If they respond I’ll share it, if they don’t- I’ll share that too.

Ultimately, you have to decide how much you’re willing to put up with and when to ‘pull the plug’ for good. No one could fault you for that. I’d like to see them try to rewin your confidence but I can see where in some cases it’s just too little too late.

Due to a combination of multiple threads (some being closed) on the matter, decided to look it up myself. P.14 in the manual.
