The copy for the unit says that nano comes with 300 IR’s Mine seems to come with 5. I cannot seem to get the IR’s that I’ve uploaded into my profile onto the Nano.
Any ideas?

If yes, then it correspond to the 5 included CABs that allow you to choose the mic type and position. Behind this UI:
, there’s 300 discrete IR files for all the included cabs, according to NDSP…
There is 8 guitar cabs + 2 bass cabs : 10 Cabs.
Each Cab has 6 positions, and 5 mics = 6*5 = 30
30 * 10 = 300 …

Yes thanks, thats what I was referring to. SO it seems the 300 cabs is really an exaggeration. We’ve got 5 cabs, lol.
The real issue is I’m unable to load up my own IR’s I can load them on to the Neural Cloud via my profile, but they don’t show up in the app, so I’m unable to assign them to a preset
Neural DSP indicate ‘300 IR files’ , which is correct because what you see as a single Cab (ie: a ‘Factory IR’) is in fact a collection of 30 IR Files , hidden behind a user-friendly interface.
So, 10 Cabs * 30 IR File each = 300 IR …
For the upload of your own IR , I can’t help, I don’t own a Nano 
but I can imagine that the User Manuel show the steps ?
I’m having the same problem and am not able to updoad my own custom IR’s to the Nano. Can’t find any help from the manual. The IR’s are uploaded to my profile but the app shows I have zero IR’s…

Once you load the IR’s on your profile on the computer then you need to connect to Nano via the app and load them onto the Nano. Click on them in the app and hit the little picture of the Nano and they download. Not the most intuitive process.
I’m having the same problem too! the application does not show the files that I uploaded on the site. In User Impulse Responses only the “Search IRs”

Not the most intuitive no, but also not working. 
I have some 100 or so IR’s loaded on my profile but the app still shows “0 custom IR’s” in the list.
Same for me. Only the search bar available in the custom IR list… 
Yup… I’ve had this happen to me with IR files and also with “downloaded” captures. For me it helps to restart the app. Seems it might be some kind of refresh-problem between the cortex servers and the application. (I’m on iPhone by the way, not sure if that behaves differently on androids.)
