When using my p90 guitar i get an intermittent hissing sound on the low strings. Is it more likely to be guitar related? I have made sure there is no red zone clipping but it comes and goes in the same session even on a clean setting. Nothing when i use single coils but its annoying when it happens
You most likely would use a noise-gate, either built-in to the signal chain input or use one of the available noise-gate FX blocks. I sometimes use my P90/single coil guitars and adding a NG definitely helps with noise. If that doesn’t resolve your issues, please email support@neuraldsp.com and have them log the issue and provide some diagnostics etc.

Im embarrassed to say this is sorted, it was just the selector switch. A bit of WD40 and hey presto it was gone. If i could use a face palm emoji i would
