I have a question. I’m noticing a strange behaviour innthe interactiin between my les paul and the qc. Basically if i turn down the volume knob on my guitar the sound cleans up until 7-8 then it turns off.
What to do? Do you have the same issue?

Check noise gates (also noice reduction in the input block). It isn’t easy to diagnose if you don’t give information on the preset used. Is it a total blank screen, or do you have an amp or OD in the chain?

I have a couple of od anamo and a cab and a delay. I don’t have noise gate in the chain. I checked input 1 and there is the noise gate but the problem is still there even with the noise gate at 0.
For the input noise gate and also the adaptive gate block, you have to use the on/off switch to really turn them off.
On 0% they are just at their lowest level of sensitivity but still do something.
If i turn off the input 1 gate it gets a little, very little bit better but the problem is still there: it cleans up but at 5/6 there’s no sound.
I am not sure but I suspect this behaviour appeared with the last update
Have you tried another guitar? Or have you tried your Les Paul with another amp/modeler/USB interface to check if it’s the guitar?
If you are sure it’s the QC, maybe you could share your preset and your input page on the I/O settings, so we can look into it.
