Purchase not appearing in ILOK

I’ve gone through the troubleshooting steps, uninstalled and reinstalled ilok manager, deactivated trial license in ilok account, no parallax activation code appears in any email correspondance, paid for parallax and have receipts but only shows as an expired trial in ILOK and I can’t select activate.

Same thing is happening to me… how did you resolve this?

I was able to unlink and then re-link my iLok account to Neural and this solved it.
