I updated it to version 3.0, so I got Pliny and Godzilla in the plug-in of quard cotex menu, but it was locked, so I couldn’t use it, and I didn’t even get a gift from the homepage.
Can I get some help?

The cutoff for the free plugin was 8/31 I believe. Reach out to support@neuraldsp.com and see if support can do anything.

If you updated before the cutoff date, as soon as the QC booted into 3.0, the free gift would have been added to whatever account the QC was signed in to automatically.
