Will old users(Pre- CorOS 3.00) still have the free gift (free plugin)
if so, how do I claim it, I tried logging in to my neuraldsp account but can’t see anything of the Gift tab
Did you update to Cor OS 3 by the cutoff date? If you didn’t, then there isn’t a free plugin

I did update mine a while back, I’m just not too sure when exactly.
When was this cut off window?
August 31st. As long as the QC was updated by then, you’d have a free gift waiting.
I remember that some users reported that they missed the deadline but contacted NDSP and still got the free plugin. However that was quite a while ago… you may try.
