I searched about this and sent an email to support but I’m at a loss.
I finally updated to the recent OS. Recovering from elbow/wrist surgery from July so I didn’t do it earlier.
Did I miss out on the free Archetype plug in that compatible with the QC?
I see them locked on the QC. I assumed one would be able to be unlocked somehow but can’t find any way.

I think the official promotion ended a while ago.
However, I’ve read elsewhere in this forum that some users who missed the deadline emailed support and still got their free plugin. But that was a while ago, not sure if this still works, but could be worth a try.

Have you signed into your NDSP account on their website? That’s where the free gift would register if it did still apply. If not, as Andy says you could contact support@neuraldsp.com

I have emailed support and we’ll see what they say.
It’s not biggie …I was mainly interested in the individual pedals and blocks more than the plug-in as a whole.
