Hello everyone! New QC user and trying to navigate my way through everything. One issue I’m having which I can’t seem to resolve is in regards to downloaded Amp Captures. I see the capture on my Cortex Cloud, and it’s downloaded. However, I can’t seem to find it anywhere, or a way to get it onto my Quad Cortex.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
if your QC is signed in to your NDSP account and online, the captures should be in the “Downloads” folder under the Capture category in the Directory.
If your Directory looks like this picture, change the top folder from Presets to Captures (use the down arrow) You may have to scroll the list down depending on how it displays- the Download folder will be the first entry.
