[HELP] Quad Cortex sound from right channel doesn't come out

Hello from South Korea.

I’ve been using the Quad Cortex for less than a year. And I recently having trouble using it.

When connecting it to my PC(USB) and using it as an audio interface, I occasionally experience an issue where the sound from the right channel (output 4) doesn’t come through. This happens with all input sources, not just the PC(guitar input). It seems to have started after the 3.0 update.

And the issue can be resolved by simply rebooting the Quad Cortex.

It seems that, according to the IO settings of the Quad Cortex, the audio signal is being correctly transmitted and outputted. Since the problem is resolved by simply rebooting the QC, and i’ve even tried formatting my PC, it seems unlikely that the issue is with other equipment. Have others experienced similar issues?

I would try to make a backup and then perform a factory reset and restore etc., if that doesn’t resolve you issue, I would recommend to email support@neuraldsp.com so they can log the issue and hopefully provide resolution.
