Getting the DI signal AND the "wet" signal through QC headphones

I usually use an interface between the QC and Ableton to record guitars; but today i wanted to try recording with the QC as an interface. I’m using headphones and everything sounds great, none of the crackling issues others have stated. Thought, I am getting the DI signal through the headphones as well as getting the “wet” signal from Ableton.

I’m running DI in to Ableton right now, and using Archetype Rabea X. Monitoring my guitar track and I’m getting the clean di guitar along with the fx sound when listening in my headphones.
I’m connected by USB and then i’m using 3&4 for the monitors. The volume is currently off with the monitors, though.

Does anyone have any ideas on what is going on? I tried checking all of my inputs and outputs on Ableton and the QC to see if I had mistakenly doubled up on an output or double up on a monitoring, or accidentally had two tracks triggered to record and all of those are clean - no issues there.

Someone posted a similar question after i posted; but got a reply with an answer to my question as well.
