Is there a secret handshake or code word for getting customer support?
After an initial acknowledgment and request for supporting video, which I submitted, I’ve heard nothing.
This issue began on Dec. 22, 2022.
I submitted a second issue 4 days ago and received no acknowledgment from Neural Support.
(and yes, I’ve checked my spam folder)
