I don’t receive any answers to my mails and my old account here has been suspended for no reason.
This has been happening a few times now. Anyone else having this problem?
I sent 3 emails using 2 different mail accounts, but the support team never received them. 
(the first mail was sent 31/12/2021 , I waited 10 days before sending the second one …)
I’ll try again using a third mail account a some point…
