Of course negativity is never good but it’s human when you feel not good about something.
Personnaly i can’t imagine that the special gift will be only for older users, so at the end, it will be the same, new user get a plugin and older don’t.
Of course it’s just anxious guessing from people (like me) who feel not good about this and people who doesn’t care, good for you, we don’t try to convince anyone.
@Pixelman honestly, if it’s something like amp/effects blocks from plugins available, on device only, to all QC owners, without getting a free plugin, I’d totally happy.
people feel entitled because it´s what we all paid for, if some of you have no use for an editor or plugin compatibility it´s no matter because it was advertised from the beginning and it´s not entitlement to expect the promises fulfilled.
They obviously don´t HAVE to give old users plugins but if they do it for new users why not give a thank you to old users who have had to wait and put up with the companies mistakes instead of creating more bad blood?
If they had delivered from day one noone would be expecting compensation.
Personally I remain optimistic, they are well aware of all this and seem to be slowly making up for it so whatever the surprise is i hope it alleviates tensions and evens the playing field so we can all make music instead of argue online

And don’t get me wrong, I will not object to getting a free plugin, they’re great and I only own one so far.
If you completed the form, there will be a delay because we need to verify purchases with our dealers and it takes some time for all of the purchases to be checked
Doesn’t Cortex Control/Cloud pick up my unit and serial number and register it? I got no other prompts to register for warranty or online link to fill out. I never got an email link so I filled out the form this morning and submitted. Will that insure I am properly registered for warranty?
