I’m trying to update Fortin NTS Suite to the 2.0.0 version and the installation cannot complete as I’m gettind the following error message on Windows 10 :
“There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your personnal support or package vendor.”
I already uninstalled the previous version and have deleted every remaining files and folders to get a clean installation. My iLok Licence Manager is up to date as well.
Download the installer again to make sure it isn’t corrupted.
Run the installer as admin.
Disable any antivirus software while trying to install the application.
Verify the Windows Installer Service:
If none of the above solves the issue, contact support@neuraldsp.com so we can send you the individual files for each format (Standalone, VST2, VST3, AAX).
