Is it possible to assign multiple behaviors (turn on eg. 1 block, plus turn off another block plus… ) to one footbutton?

yes - use Scenes. You can assign, for instance, footswitch A to turn OD on and delay, reverb off.

Yes you can do that on the stompbox mode too. You just choose the state of the pedals you want (on/off) and you assign them to the switch you want. Then they will all turn on/off at the tap of the button.
On the scene mode you have full control because you can alter parameters too (fe less/more drive, louder/quieter delay repeats etc)
