Enable full MIDI Control of all Control Modes

I made this post after 3.0.0 upgrade.

OS 3.0.0 New Midi - still hoping for something different

I’m using the QC with the 4 cable method: routing pedals (internal and captures) and effects before an FX Loop module on the QC, and other effects like reverbs and delays out into my amp’s FX Loop. My amp has 3 channels, A, B, C - controllable via midi. So I set up the Preset Midi to change the channels with each preset (via my amps settings CC 56, CC 58, CC 59) - WORKS GREAT in Scene mode.
