Cloud Fail on QC

Hi ,

When I connect my Cortex Control to my QC and access the cloud to download something, the unit disconnects and I get a message on the QC saying “Operation timed out.” I tried turning off the wireless connection, but the same thing happens. This doesn’t happen on my laptop. Any idea why?

I believe it’s a blackout during sporting events and not something NDSP can control unfortunately.
