Cannot Download captures or presets in QC if its conneted to Cortex Control

Whenever I am trying to load up a capture or preset I downloaded/tagged on the Cortex Cloud to my Quad Cortex it will not let me if Cortex Control is running. If I close Cortex Control, then I can do it directly in the QC.

Also, how the heck do you setup the USB internet connection. Ive looked at the manual and there is nothing on it. Also there isnt an option for USB in the internet connection area of the Quad Cortex. Am I missing something? I am guessing I need the USB internet connection to solve the first issue, maybe?

If you have the latest OS Updates on BOTH QC and Cortex Control, the USB should configure itself automatically to share the internet connection of the computer.
Have you tried restoring from the Recovery Mode?
