CorOS Version: 1.4.1
Describe your issue:
When I select directory menu(UI when you touch the preset name) → CLOUD DIRECTORIES or STARRED AND SHARED WITH ME → anything(such as Presets, Neural Captures, etc,…), an error message shows up as follows:
Cloud error
You need to update CorOs to be able to access Cortex Cloud.
The CorOS is 1.4.1, which is newest one for now, and I’ve linked device in a account setting, also wi-fi connection works fine.
Is there anyone else who experience same issue with me?
cf. The Cloud Backup feature works fine by the way. (The one that you can find on Settings → My Account)
Steps to reproduce your issue:

select any menu on
CLOUD DIRECTORIESorSTARRED AND SHARED WITH ME
I expected this to happen:
To download neural captures.
I have tried the following things:
- Factory Reset
- Check for updates(for sure, there’s no available updates since it has newest CorOS version)
- reset wi-fi connection
- reconnect account
- reboot
