When I access someone who don’t have any public presets, I can’t access his Neural Captures because switching tabs are not shown in the screen. I don’t know the cause is iOS version or Cortex Cloud App version.
have you selected your device via the center icon at the bottom? You have to choose whether you have the Nano or the Quad, this seems to solve the issue for most users.
Correct. NDSP has indicated the workaround @xush indicated until they provide a fix in an upcoming release.
I’ve selected my device to quad cortex, but the situation doesn’t change at all…
I’ve uploaded the captures so that you can notice the difference between Rabea and ThrashDamon.
I can’t access them thru the app either, so that must be the bug they’re working on fixing.
If you use the browser page it doesn’t have that issue and you can get to all the content

Cortex cloud for browser works fine for this problem. I’m gonna use browser version for the time being.
