When I goto l look at new captures it’s showing 10000 total captures on cloud. m sure that we’ve gone over that now. Anyone else cloud app say more than 10000 neural captures?

A sign comes up that says remove some. Although, mine is working fine it can slow things down for some but I haven’t heard any complaints yet. Hit the option to the right it takes you to where you can start. That’s why I said in another post I don’t even want any plug ins I have enough here to work with.
he’s talking about on the Cloud, where it shows how many are supposedly uploaded from all users. It seems to be inaccurate now. There are also a few other glitches with the apps it seems, hopefully they’re working on all this.

I know I’ve had many instances of where it shows downloaded and does not appear in my Quad Cortex. I find the app to device glitchy and unreliable. To the point I’ve deleted EVERYTHING and let it resync. I hope they can make it more reliable and consistent.

Oh ok I missunderstood. I have a msg with what I was talking about as well I think it was a glitch and I am with way too many profiles. I don’t hear anyone else talking about it. Nobody else got it I guess. I think it happened during 3.3.1. Thx.
I have had the cloud issue transferring to my unit awhile back. I thought it was me and when we updated awhile back I figured the way to do it changed. It turned out it was not just me. Idk if that’s the same issue.
