Describe your issue:
Latest cloud backup will not download even with a strong internet connection.
Steps to reproduce your issue:
1.rebooted
2. try downloading several times
I expected this to happen:
When I do x, I expect y to happen
I have tried the following things:
I assume you are connected to the Internet and logged into your NDSP account? If so are you getting any errors or does it time out? Have you tried using Cortex Control? I don’t think I have ever seen or heard of any issue downloading backups so that’s a new one for me. Most likely, you will need to email support@neuraldsp.com so they can have you send your log(s) and determine what the issue is.
