Thank you very much. I live in Turkey and I have no chance to get this device. But I have to solve the usb connection problem between Mac and QC. Are there any technical details of the HUB ports you use? I am asking to find an equivalent product that I can buy here.
I think the only real difference with this model is the 12V/4A AC power adapter.
I don’t think any other specs matter because they’re basically the same on any hub (I can send all the USB specs in a message if you like, though).
The main feature I shopped for was a dedicated power-supply so the hub isn’t taking power from the computer connection.
That makes a lot of sense. I will investigate this type of Hub, thank you very much.

My issue was actually a ground loop issue from what i can tell. I have my laptop, hub, QC, pedal power supply, etc all with power supplys. I had to clean up my cables and disconnect/reconnect all my devices to get the audio distortion problems to stop. Hasnt reoccurred since. Hopefully it helps.
