Cortex Cloud for iPhone (and possibly Android?) has been updated to version 2.7.1
This release was a hot fix for the following issues:
-An issue that prevented some users from uploading or editing their Neural Captures.
-An issue where, under certain circumstances, the application would show an intermittent false “No internet connection” status

Thanks for the news. I tried out the new update but all the details from my captures have disappeared and there is no upload button. I re-entered the details and they immediately vanish. So still stuck in the same place. One upload worked then none of the others.
Well that sucks. Are you on Android or iPhone? If Android, did you uninstall, delete cache etc., and re-install?
On iPhone. All the details I wrote in about each capture are now gone: If I update them again they vanish when I go out and back in again. It doesn’t hang on the empty details window anymore like it did before but once it goes in there are no details there and the upload button is not there.

I am also on iPhone, just updated the app. I saw the same behaviour as you just now, but only when I tried to edit a capture that wasn’t currently loaded into one of the 5 banks of 5 slots. When I moved the capture into a slot, and then tried to edit, the details reappeared and I could upload. Just thought I’d mention it in case it helps anyone!

Okay. Thank you. I did move the captures into a slot as I could see no way to get them from the all presets menu onto the cloud. On my all presets menu there is only an option to assign them to a footswitch and two other unrelated choices. I will try again.
