my quad cortex bug after a few minutes since the last update. Unable to reboot or restart. The only way is to unplug the power supply and wait several minutes then plug it back in for it to work again.
Are you using the OEM power supply? If so, you might want to backup and try to reset and restore to see if that resolves your issues. Worst case, email support@neuraldsp.com so they can log the issue and provide support.
