Describe your issue:
On my QC input jack 2 is loose. 1/4” plug slips out, is wobbly and randomly disconnects.

Input 1 is a bit loose, but the plug stays in place

Discovered when trying to capture an amp for the first time.

I have been in touch with support over e-mail, but still no RMA received. I fotwarded a video showing the malfunction twice, sent copy of receipt showing purchase in 2024. Still on warranty.

What can I do to speed things up?

Steps to reproduce your issue:

  1. Step 1 put the 1/4” plug in Input 2
  2. Step 2 wiggle it
  3. Step 3 watch it come out with no resistance

I expected this to happen:
When I do x, I expect y to happen When using Input 2 it makes cracking noise

I have tried the following things:

  • I have tried different cords
  • I have tried y
  • I have tried z

Received RMA and sent the unit.

Wonder how long it will take to get it back…..

Got the unit back today. One month after sending it.

The power supply is missing!

Can’t even check if it powers up…..

It’s all good. now.

I received new power supply and a free offer for any plugin.
