Is there any input jacks to buy for the QC.
Is it easy to repair change?
Mine has been a little wobbly and sometimes I have trouble to get the cable out.
It gets stuck.

I would guess that they are Neutrik NMJ3HF going just by the look of the visible part. Probably not a good idea to replace it by yourself as long as you aren’t really good at soldering and know what you do regarding the disassembling of electronic devices.
we had one with a loose input jack straight from Sweetwater in the US, they replaced the entire unit rather than have us send it in for repair.

I bought this secondhand so I don´t think Neural will help me out.

I wouldn’t count Neural out for service. Shoot them an email and see what they say. Good luck!

I bought mine used and they took care of me when I had an issue. Their customer service imo is A+. Shoot them an email support@neuraldsp.com and ask. It can’t hurt. Once you mess with it that’s it though. See if they’ll take care of it.
