Accidental deletion and re-download hurdles

I have accidentally deleted a bunch of (purchased) captures from the QC. Upon realising this, I logged into my Cortex Cloud account and attempted to “redownload” them. However, the QC did not “see” this, and continued to not recognise them, even after I hit the “bin” icons and re-downloaded them in the “downloaded neural captures” area.

So, I purchased the same captures for a second time, hoping that this would solve the problem. Though the vendor did kindly “upload” and share the captures again, they continue to refuse to appear in the QC.

1 - is there a solution?
2 - is it possible to somehow “reset” references to these captures only (without losing everything else)?

Cheers,
Bob.

The issue was that the “download” folder was full. Moving these captures to another folder is the solution.

A suggestion for Neural dev’s is that a “download folder full” warning might appear.

Cheers,
Bob.

the last update explained only 200 captures would appear in the DL folder from now on. Others would remain in the CLoud queue for eventual DL once the folder on the QC had room

There was a description of this in the update notes, and it should have posted a warning message when you accessed your DL folder, others have mentioned seeing it.

Have you updated to CorOS 3.2?

Thank you!
My bad - I didn’t read the notes. :slightly_smiling_face: FYI, I did not see the warning, and yes, I’m on the latest (Windows) build.

Cheers mate,
Bob.
