As a new user, when I’m using the QC at rehearsals I have to balance on one leg to reach the rear row of footswitches (not great when you’ve got a poor sense of balance), whereas if it was mounted at an angle I could access these rear switches while keeping my heel on the ground. Can anyone recommend a stand for the QC that’s portable yet sturdy for live playing?

I cant recommend a stand, but how about a sitting stool?
So you can balance, if it works for Robert Fripp, maybe can work for you too…
He was famous for that, seen him a few times back in the day…
Ah thanks for that suggestion. As a rhythm guitarist and lead vocalist I think sitting down is a very undynamic look and as a band of over-60s, we need all the dynamism we can muster! I’ve recently bought a Cold Earth Industries desk stand that’s sturdy enough to use as a floor stand (I do use it as a desk stand, too). The angle is perfect for bridging the foot over the front pedals, the tilted screen is easier to view and the grey colour fits nicely with that of the QC. It’s not collapsible, but you can’t have everything can you?
