Hi, I’m a singer songwriter based in Tunbridge Wells, UK and front a band called SoSo, who play in pubs and clubs around the area. I bought my secondhand Quad Cortex for both providing inspiration for songwriting as well as playing live. The other effects units I’ve tried either didn’t have the ability to store presets or just weren’t v user friendly. As of 11 January 2026 I’ve only had the unit a few days and am still trying to get my head around the concept of scenes, but I’m loving it’s ease of use and also the helpfulness and sense of camaraderie among the Neural community.
