Hi, I’ve just bought the Cory Wong amp sim plugin, and I have activated the licence in the iLok licence manager. I’ve rescanned the plugins in ableton and restarted my computer but the plugin isn’t showing anywhere.
Can someone tell me what the process is to actually install the plugin after the licence activation, please?

I don’t have a solution for you, but I wish Neural would abolish the iLok licensing process for a simple licence key system.
No worries. For anyone reading this in the future with the same issue, I had to download the Cory song installer from the neural dsp website for it to install. I then rescanned the plugins in live and it was there.
It would have been helpful if this was explained in the order confirmation email as it was quite a frustrating experience.
