Bought plug-in but did not receive activation key

I bought the Plenni X plug-in. I received the purchase confirmation but never received the activation key for it. Whom can I contact for this? Please advise, and thanks in advance.

From what I know, once you purchased a license, it should show up on your iLok.

Thanks MayPRS for the reply. I do have it on the 14 days trial and the plug in seems to be sync/linked to my iLok. I just had thought like other products, and on one of the Youtube videos I saw, they mentioned an Activation Code, which I did not receive. Hopefully the plug in remains working after the 14 days trial period.
