I finally decided to record with the QC in Studio One 5. I get a solid processed signal but the DI signal is worthless, weak and distorted. I tried switching the wet/dry setting from 1/2 to 3/4 in the global settings. I don’t see a way to adjust the individual signals on the usb outputs. I did do a search here and didn’t find a solution. Until I get this figured out, I’ll be recording with the effects off . Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
that just seems to be the way the DI level is in the QC. I’ve always had to add a gain plugin in the DAW to get it to a usable level. I’ve never seen it distorted though, that might indicate a different issue.

Wow, I just tried it again and you are correct. I added 12db to the signal and it made all the difference. I’m not sure why it was distorted before but it’s all good now. Thank you.
