Hey guys, using Studio One and I’m only getting the DI signal. I’ve watched some vids and referenced a thread here () but my issue is just as @kaypbass stated in the last post which has been unanswered since 1/24.
Looks like the routing/assignment matrix is different in Studio One 5+ so the solution doesn’t appear to work now.
If you are getting the DI signal, it’s likely you are setup correctly in your S1 DAW and you simply need to change your default from USB outs 1/2 (DI) to outs 3/4 (processed) which you would do in the QC settings. Otherwise, I also use S1 and that is exactly how you would set up within the DAW.
Ok so when I swipe down, go to usb and look at the switch that says 1/2-3/4 one gives the dry signal, the other gives no signal. Unless you’re talking about a different place where I make that selection
That’s the switch.
In 1/2 - 3/4 position you will have the DI signal on 1/2, wet signal on 3/4.
In 3/4 - 1/2 position the wet signal is on 1/2 and DI on 3/4 (which is probably what you want if outputs 1/2 are used in your DAW).
If you have no sound in the second position, check your outputs. If your row output is set to “Output 1/2” or “Output 3/4” it will not be sent to USB.
Change it to “Multiple Outputs” and see if that works.
