Volume via Pedal from 80% to 100%

Hi,
I have a Dunlop Mini(X) volume /expression pedal.

I want to control the volume utility block - such that - the heel position (the pedal all the way up), gives me or sets the volume utility to 80% volume; and the toe position (the pedal all the way down), sets the volume utility to 100%.

Can this be done?

Yes you can set minimum and maximum values in your volume block.
