Updating to 2.2.x causes significant problems

CorOS Version: 2.2.2

Describe your issue:
After launching QC it shows error “Something went wrong” (screenshot attached), rebooting doesn’t help at all. I can tap “Cancel” and even use QC but:

  • Tuner doesn’t work
  • Using row 3 & 4 causes crash and QC should be reloaded otherwise no any sound
  • Can’t play music through USB but mac sees QC

I have tried the following things:

  • I have tried OS versions 2.2.0, 2.2.1, 2.2.2 and all the same
  • I have written to support, but they have suggested retrieving my QC for inspectation which is impossible for me for some reasons

Expectations
I already sent several reports and hope that that issue will go away in future updates. And also I just can’t believe that I can’t downgrade QC version.

Unfortunately, you would need to coordinate with support@neuraldsp.com on this issue. There are many variables but the end result is that it looks like it would need to be sent in for repair. In some cases, support will permit you to roll-back but you need to work out that option with the support team.
