Unable to connect to IPhone after working ok for first 3 days. Only affects Bluetooth as unit working ok but unable to edit. Any help greatly appreciated
Try unpairing and forgetting that BT connection then try to pair again.
I had issues with BT when I accidently used a power supply that didn’t provide enough mA, perfectly fine after realizing and using a proper one. As an idea maybe
I am Japanese, and I’m in the same situation as you. About three days after buying it, it stopped connecting to Bluetooth.
I had to get mine replaced at the store I bought it. Neural also offered to replace it free of charge but was quicker at store I had bought it at. Replacement working correctly but only had it two days.
Thank you for your reply. I am currently in touch with the official distributor in Japan, but their response has been slow, which is frustrating. I usually receive email replies about three days later. Moreover, they haven’t suggested any replacement or repair; the only advice I’ve received is to check if the Bluetooth is turned off. I envy your situation.
I was given a whole lot of things to try including factory reset none of which made any difference. My replacement one pairs straight away when opening app without any need to put in pairing. The Bluetooth had failed on my first one as it could not be seen by any Bluetooth equipment I have. If you get in touch with Neural they will organise replacement for you and send you all the paperwork to send it back.
