nano will not connect to iPhone while being powered by laptop. is this normal?
My nano won’t connect to anything anymore. It connected the first time but hasn’t since. I’ve tried ipad, iphone, and mac but nothing seems to see it. Tried rebooting and restoring factory settings. I have emailed support. Good luck!

I had the same issue and support sent me a list of things to try like restarting the app and the unit etc, once I told them I tried all of that they’ve said the unit needs to be returned for a replacement.
