Tone King Imperial MKII: background hiss when I pluck

Hi guys.
I use Tone King IMperial MKII (no DAW) + audio interface Beringher UMC202HD + notebook with Windows + earphones.

Issue: the tone of the guitar is very beautiful, but is accompanied by a background hiss whenever I pluck a string. Remark: there’s no background hiss when I do not play.
When I play on a backing track the hiss is not audible, but it’s very remarkable when I practice without a backing track.

Can you suggest a setting to eliminate such hiss?

Check your gain-staging etc., ensure you aren’t clipping going into your audio interface and set the TK I2 plugin I/O accordingly.
