Oh, yes, thank you. I thought those were for previous updates.
Successful update, no issues. Soldano SLO-100 plug-in, OC-2, and harmonic tremolo all sound great!
After updating both CoreOS and CC the Cortex Control shows a message “please connect your QC to computer via USB and turn it on”
I was eagerly awaiting this update!!! Got the SLO Plugin too and everything is great so far!
Yes - The app will show that until it’s physically connected to the unit.
ofc it’s connected
All good here. Only glitch I discovered is that if you saved your PlugIn presets from your DAW, they may not be compatible- they’ll have to be converted to XML before they’ll import thru CoCo.
The bass content is NICE, and it turns out Soldano is pretty great for bass guitar with the right cab
Just updated to 3.1.0 , everything is ok on my side !
Haaaaa, and they finally fixed one of the most frustrating bugs in Cortex Control : scene assignement of IR is working correctly ! - strangely I did not see this topic in the ‘what’s new/fixed’ of CoCo -
Update to 3.1.0 smoothly. Like the new vintage DLX amp and the harmonic tremolo effect. So far all is looking good.
All good here Cor OS 3.1 NJ, USA….still have to update Cortex Control
My download keep getting so far, under 20% and then starts back at 0%. Been in download for 1hour now.
sounds like connection maybe. Have you tried Hotspotting from a phone?
It could have been. Just left it and after 2hours it completed. Too late now but looking forward to trying it out tomorrow, especially the SLO as that is the plugin I have and love the distorted sound off!
Update went flawlessly. Love this update! Thanks
Updated mine today - and happy everything went A-OK again, though I have to say that it looks like the Wifi problem is never going to be fixed.
Hello,
does the update improve the boot time or is it still much longer than CoreOS 2.x?
Thanks!
I clocked 75 seconds with mine.
Successfully updated with no problems, here Downunder.
Took about 8-8.5 minutes to download (took me a couple of minutes to update the MS Clock app {which I’ve never used} and get it going, so not an accurate time), then about 13.5-14 minutes to update (I got distracted reading about Archetype Rabea synth, so not an accurate time), then took about 2-2.25 minutes to re-boot (forgot to look at the stopwatch, so not an accurate time. But you get the picture…
Now to update Cortex Control…
Update went well as far as I can tell. Less painful than the last one lol ( even though I had no issues )
LOVE the SLO! And the efects, button funtion, very nice. I normally wait to update untill I get to see how it works for other users , but I won’t even pretend that I was going to wait for this one
Thank you NDSP! Nice job!
To those of you who updated successfully and have brought presets over, ANY CHANCE midi data came over with the preset???
