My quad cortex came out of the box came with Cor Os 2.1.3
I wanted to update it to 3.1.0 the latest one; But it is taking almost forever to update. The process is too slow, i’ve tried with the wifi speed upto 500mbps downloading speed. I also tried the factory reset but still nothing is happening. Can someone help me out with this ?

Yes apparently it has only reached 12 percent in about 30 mins
I would try using your cell as a hotspot, thats seems to work for most. The main thing is to use 2.4G and obtain a strong signal.
And make sure you have no special charters in network name or password. I’m from Sweden and I had a “ö” in my mobile phone name and thus in the hotspot name my QC see - when I changed it to a “o” all worked like a charm.
