Just updated to Cor OS 3.1.0 and happy to see Cortex Control works again on my Mac Studio M1 Max! Anybody else had this issue and sees an improvement?
Cortex Control worked for me on Cor OS 2.x but stopped working after I updated to 3.0. Was this a bug? Hope it is fixed now! Are there release notes somewhere?

Update smooth. After the update, however, Cortex Control won’t work at all over my USB 2.0 hub. It does work well when direct connected to my Mac’s USB 3.1 bus. This is the first time I have observed a difference in connection performance between the hub and the direct connect to the Mac.
Local backup works flawlessly!
Since my original post NeuralDSP published the release notes in the knowledge base.
No mention of a fix for Mac OS on M1, but it works so who cares right?
