Is there a way to have a slight delayed signal (~5ms) mixed with dry signal on both channels with one channel with its delayed signal polarity inverted? and be able to control level of both delayed signals?

If the dry signal is on both sides it will feel mono
you need mono as a mixed dry signal to control dry/wet mix. and also you need dry signal to have stereo effect because it is done with the delayed signal mix. no dry, no stereo effect
