Speed improvements with a faster microSDXC card?

I was just wondering if the Quad Cortex boot (and overall) speed would improve if a faster compatible microSDXC card was installed (for example, a SanDisk Extreme PRO)?

I am not 100% sure what microSDXC card is installed currently, but one Youtuber claimed it was a model with 100Mb/s read performance (whereas the SanDisk Extreme PRO is up to 200 Mb/s).

Also, I have seen people on Youtube make microSDXC factory image backups onto other microSDXC cards.

Understanding that this may void warranty, however, if someone’s device is already out of warranty, would it be worth trying?

Interesting idea, I wonder if that would make a difference. I did notice that the boot time is about 10-15s faster now, almost just under a minute.

Interesting idea … In my opinion the QC takes too much time for booting. My Axe-FX III is ready after 15-20 seconds. Would be great if the QC would boot faster.

It’s my one and only true complaint with the QC. The boot time is very slow, and especially frustrating if something happens mid gig and you have to restart it (which I’ve only had happen once)
