After using Soldano on Reaper its standalone stopped working.
Its like is input sound is with some problem, when touching the strings only some fractions of second gets send but nothing after.
The tunner also don’t pick any input. Metronome works just fine and in my DAW it is working just fine.
I’ve tried to remove and reinstall and I’m using a macbook air m4
Can anyone help?
Plugins rarely go wrong unless there is a significant bug impacting many owners. What are you using for an audio interface? If possible, take screen shots of your AI I/O settings on both your plugin and MAC. If nobody is able to help, feel free to email support@neuraldsp.com and they will get you sorted. The more details you can provide (e.g. plugin version, specs, audio settings, how you monitor audio) will help provide a solution.
I’m using a Foscusrite Scalett 2i2 USB
I have other plugin, Archetype Gojira X that works normally with this same settings.
I’ve tried remove manually all files related to the Soldano em other folders on my OS but even doing this when I try to install it again the action “column” points that the features are being “Upgraded” as if to software wasn’t completely removed.
