Screen Stopped Working....

Describe your issue:
The screen has tons of lines, with a blue line down the middle. It still functions but the screen is unusable. I got it to be legible once but even with that it looked like an old VHS tape.

Steps to reproduce your issue:

  1. Turn it on.

I have tried the following things:

  • I have tried using the factory power supply. Normally I use the Cioks DC7 and Crux
  • I have factory reset it.

It looks like you have a defect of sorts and I would definitely seek for an RMA from your vendor if possible. Otherwise, email support@neuraldsp.com for service and support.
