It has been a frantic few months here at Neural DSP! We’ve been making every effort to deliver Quad Cortex on time, and there have been outstanding developments since our last update in May. Before we dive into them, here are a few things you should be aware of:
Tier 1 Quad Cortex pre-orders are, unfortunately, delayed. We intended to start collecting payments in early September, for delivery by the end of September. COVID-19 has introduced some manufacturing delays out of our control, resulting in us not receiving components in time to assemble and test enough units for September delivery.
Our time is fully committed to ensuring our assembly and quality assurance teams can reach full capacity as quickly as possible, while our software team is continually testing and implementing new features ready for launch.
We expect to be able to take full payment for tier 1 pre-orders at the end of October and ship units by mid November.
We are working our hardest to ensure there are no delays to tier 2 pre-orders. We will provide regular updates on this situation.
